All products sold on this website are Research Use Only (RUO) materials intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.

During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If this occurs, customers will be notified via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping (when available)

Transit times begin after order processing is complete.

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Temperature-Sensitive Materials

Certain research materials may be temperature sensitive.

  • Cold packs are included when appropriate.

  • We do not guarantee cold pack longevity beyond normal transit windows.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and ensuring timely receipt.

We are not responsible for product degradation resulting from delayed delivery acceptance.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulatory complexity surrounding research materials:

  • We ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders.

Customers are responsible for understanding their local and state regulations prior to ordering.

5. Risk of Loss

All shipments are transferred to the carrier upon dispatch.

Once marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Cheat Codes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

  • Customers assume full responsibility after confirmed delivery.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned due to address errors

Reshipment fees may apply.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging immediately.

  2. Photograph the product condition.

  3. Contact support within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within 24 hours may void replacement eligibility.

8. Returned Packages

Orders returned due to:

  • Refused delivery

  • Failed signature attempts

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed shipments

May be subject to restocking fees and reshipment charges.
