Return & Refund Policy

Because research materials require controlled handling and their condition cannot be verified after delivery, all sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or returns of opened, used, or improperly stored materials.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. Orders containing incorrect, damaged, or defective items may qualify for a replacement or an approved refund after review.

Inspect your package when it arrives. Report shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy. For an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Email info@cheatcodespeptides.com with your order number, the affected product and lot number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Retain all materials and packaging while we review your request.

Do not send any materials back without written authorization. If a return is necessary and approved, we will provide the correct return address, any return shipping label, and handling instructions directly by email. Our mailing address is not an authorized return destination.

Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. For a confirmed fulfillment error, damaged item, or defective item, we will provide instructions for the return or other resolution without charging return shipping.

Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement or refund. Routine exchanges are not available. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation before shipment; once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We will notify you by email after reviewing your request and any authorized return. If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days. For manual bank transfer or Zelle payments, our team will coordinate the refund securely with you.

Your bank may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@cheatcodespeptides.com with your order number. No refund is promised until your request is approved, except where required by law.
